Jeff is responsible for managing the activities of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at CIBC and for the origination and execution of a variety of real estate investment banking transactions. Jeff joined CIBC in 2002 and over this time has worked on hundreds of public equity and debt offerings raising billions of dollars for real estate issuers and has worked on M&A advisory assignments totaling $20 billion. Jeff has deep experience in the seniors housing space where he advised many of Canada’s leading sector participants on billions of dollars of transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, property brokerage mandates as well as equity and debt issuances.  Jeff holds an MBA from Ivey School Business at Western University and a BA (Economics) from Western University.
