Lois Cormack is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in the senior living sector. As a  founding partner, CEO, and Director of Spring Living  Retirement Communities, she is establishing the company as a unique and growing provider of retirement living in Canada's mid-market segment. Prior to her role at Spring Living, Ms. Cormack served as the President, CEO, and Director of Sienna Senior Living, where she successfully expanded and rebranded the company into one of Canada's largest senior living providers. Under her leadership, Sienna received numerous awards and recognition for its exceptional growth, corporate culture, and commitment to diversity. Previously, was the President of Specialty Care, and held executive positions in the health care sector. Ms. Cormack has served on numerous boards, including her current position as a trustee of Allied Properties Real Estate Trust and  the Advisory Board of K2X, a Silicon Valley health tech company. She also co-chairs the RealPAC Senior Living Committee.

Ms. Cormack holds a Masters of Health Administration from the University of Toronto and is a graduate of the Ivey Executive Program at the University of Western Ontario and the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.
