Please note, all activities are included with your SenbridGe Ski registration unless otherwise noted, but sign up is required.

Polar Plunge

Duration: 1.5 Hours

Start SenbridGe Ski off with a revitalizing Polar Plunge—a crisp lake dip that sharpens focus, boosts energy, and awakens every sense. Surrounded by alpine quiet and led by our Guide, this invigorating ritual blends challenge and renewal, setting the perfect tone for an extraordinary conference on the mountain. A bold, refreshing beginning to your SenbridGe Ski experience!

Snowshoeing

Duration: 2-3 Hours

Availability: Wed. Feb. 25 (9:00 AM - 12:30 PM)

Embark on a serene snowshoeing adventure led by our experienced Guide and SenbridGe Ambassador, Newmark Canada's Mark Gallagher. Wander through Whistler’s breathtaking winter landscape—where quiet forests, fresh snowfall, and sweeping mountain views create a truly unforgettable experience. This gentle exploration offers a peaceful and refreshing way to connect with the beauty of the Coast Mountains.

Village + Valley Trail Stroll

Duration: 2 Hours

Join our experienced Guide and SenbridGe Ambassadors Karen Vadasz and Michelle Roth of Goodmans LLP for a relaxed, scenic stroll along Whistler’s most celebrated trails en route to the Village. This leisurely walk offers a refreshing way to take in the region’s natural beauty, connect with fellow attendees, and ease into the rhythm of SenbridGe Ski!

Whistler Blackcomb: The Pinnacle SenbridGe Ski Experience

Duration: 2-3 Hours

Availability: Wed. Feb. 25 & Thurs. Feb. 26 (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Discover Whistler Blackcomb like an insider. Spanning more than 8,171 acres of legendary terrain, North America’s largest ski resort offers endless opportunity for exploration—and with a local Guide, you’ll experience the mountain at its absolute best. Think of it as a backstage pass to Whistler’s most exceptional skiing: quieter lines, smoother laps, and the kind of viewpoints only locals know. Please note: A pre‑purchased lift ticket is required to join the tour. Participants must be comfortable on intermediate (blue) terrain. Lift tickets are available for purchase at the Mountain Adventure Centre on the lower level of the Fairmont Cheatau Whistler or at Whistler Blackcomb Guest Services.

Restorative Yoga

Take time to stretch, recover, and reset with an onsite SenbridGe Ski yoga session. This guided, restorative class is designed to loosen ski legs, calm the mind, and leave you feeling energized, balanced, and ready for the day ahead.

Crystal Soundbath Experience

Duration: 30 Mins

Find a moment of zen! A deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

Cross-Country Skiing

Glide across Whistler’s pristine winter landscape, guided by Fairmont’s expert leader and SenbridGe Ambassador Lois Cormack of Spring Living Retirement Communities. Discover hidden trails and quiet corners as you move through the stillness of the alpine forest, fully immersed in nature’s tranquility. Designed for both seasoned skiers and complete beginners, this personalized outing offers an exhilarating and accessible way to experience Whistler’s winter beauty.

Skating at Olympic Plaza

Duration: 1-2 Hours

Lace up your skates for a refreshing morning glide at Whistler’s iconic Olympic Plaza. Join SenbridGe Ambassador Alex Klunowski of Seasons Retirement Communities and step onto the ice in one of the village’s most memorable outdoor settings. Skates are provided—simply arrive, skate, and enjoy the moment.

Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre Tour + Dreamcatcher Workshop

Duration: 2 Hours

Immerse yourself in the rich living culture of the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations with a guided tour of the stunning Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre. Learn the stories, traditions, and artistry of the local First Nations from Cultural Ambassadors who bring their heritage to life. Continue the experience with a hands-on Dreamcatcher Workshop, where you will craft a meaningful keepsake. A beautiful, reflective indoor experience—perfect for a restorative break during SenbridGe Ski.

Alpine Recovery Suite

Recharge in the SenbridGe Ski Alpine Recovery Suite, powered by Hyperice. An elevated recovery experience designed to help you feel stronger and fully restored after your mountain pursuits. Tailored for skiers and snowboarders, it relaxes muscles and restores energy, helping prevent soreness and fatigue so you’re ready to enjoy another day on the mountain.
