Tony Baena is currently the President & CEO at PARC Retirement Living, an organization that builds, owns, and operates premium independent living retirement residences featuring inspiring living spaces where residents come to live well, stay active and engage with a vibrant community of like-minded people. PARC believes in contributing to the well-being of the local community by supporting programs that directly involve and interest our residents, as well as attract independent seniors to local neighbourhoods. PARC has a strong environmental commitment, employing leading sustainability and green building practices that reduce energy use, greenhouse gases, and water use.
 

Tony is also currently the Board President of the BC Seniors Living Association.
 

Tony has held senior management and executive roles in the airline and post-secondary sectors prior to focusing on seniors housing and care starting in October 2005. His portfolio of responsibilities included strategic planning, finance and accounting, financial planning & analysis, operations, human resources, and information technology.

 

Tony has chosen to work with seniors because he has a deep respect for what they have contributed to the country and to society. He believes that seniors deserve to live in a safe, caring, active and fun place as they age.
