Since joining Revera in 2012, JP has held progressively senior roles spanning strategy, operations and investment management. In 2019, he joined a leading family office-owned rental company as President & CEO, where he led the organization through a period of significant transformation. JP rejoined Revera in 2021 as SVP Government Relations and Strategic Initiatives, supporting the Office of the CEO across a range of corporate strategic projects as well as regulatory engagement and advocacy initiatives, and was promoted to the role of President, Revera Canada on January 1, 2022.

Earlier in his career JP was a management consultant focused on health system strategy, and he worked at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. JP graduated from Western University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
